Highlight your hair naturally

Lightening is always best left to the pros. Like, yes, we are all for box dye and tinted hair masks, but "lifting" your hair color even a single shade requires tons of skill—especially when bleach is in the mix. We get it, though—sometimes, you want to try a few subtle,natural-looking highlight before you actually commit to something more permanent. Even though you can't technically learn how to lighten your hair at home, you can play around with a natural that'll at least help your hair get a little brighter.
Here is our recipe:

Ingredients:

  • One Lemon 🍋
  • Three spoon of honey 🍯
  • Three spoon of coconut oil 🥥 (to hydrate your hair)
  • A big cup of chamomile

Step 1:

Boil a big cup of water, then, add two chamomile bags in the warmed cup, let it cool.

Step 2:

Cut a lemon in two and use a juicer to make lemon juice. Add the lemon juice to the chamomile.

Step 3:

Add three spoon of honey to the mixture.

Step 4:

Add three spoon of coconut oil to the mixture.

Step 5:

Put the final mixture in a shampoo bottle, or in a closed container.

Step 6:

Apply about 50ml of the mixture at each use; it is preferable to let your hair dry in the sun so that it works faster.
Apply the product on your hair everyday during two weeks
